Geoff Davis Hired To Lead St. Louis Community College Volleyball
Jul 7, 2016

St. Louis Community College has named Geoff Davis as the new Head Volleyball coach. Geoff is bringing with him over thirteen years of volleyball coaching experience in the St. Louis area, and a number of successes achieved during those times, including serving as an assistant coach at Washington University in St. Louis for six years, and being a part of two NCAA Division III National Championship teams. Davis founded and has directed the H2 Saint Louis Volleyball Club since 2007, and also served as the head coach for O'Fallon Christian High School.

According to Athletic Director Shawn Summe, "Geoff has hit the ground running and has the attitude that we will get the volleyball program moving in the right direction and have fun with the process. We are excited for the process of rebuilding a program that was crowned as the 1976 NJCAA Volleyball National Champions. Geoff has mentioned that achievement a few times and he wants to see us raise that banner again."

The Archers open the season Friday August 26th in Union, MO at the East Central College Tournament.
