The STLCC women's basketball team traveled to Springfield, IL on Tuesday, December 17 to take on Lincoln Land CC. In the matchup against the Loggers, the Archers were outscored 56-20 in the second and third quarters combined, leading to a 92-52 loss.
Kierra Winkeler recorded her first double-double of the 2019-2020 season by scoring 15 points and pulling down 11 rebounds. Janet Garrett also scored in double figures with 16 points for the Archers.
With the loss to Lincoln Land, STLCC fell to 5-6 overall heading into the winter break. The Archers will be back in action on Saturday, January 4 at home against Crowder College. The game on January 4 is set to tip at 1:00pm.
