The STLCC women's basketball team defeated North Central Missouri College in the Region XVI Tournament by a score of 82-59 on Friday, March 1. The win sends the Archers to the Region XVI Championship on Sunday, February 3 against Metropolitan CC.
Kyleigh Vaught led STLCC in points with 22 and assists with 10. Also scoring in double figures were Maia Marshall (19 points), Kyla Richardson (14 points), and Caprice Hairston (14 points). Hairston also led the Archers in rebounding with 10.
Sunday's Region XVI Championship is set to tip at 2:00pm at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO.
