Lady Archers Defeat Jefferson In MCCAC Opener

A 26 point fourth quarter led to a 73-63 win for the Lady Archers on Wednesday, November 21 over Jefferson College.  Consistant defensive pressure by STLCC caused 22 Jefferson turnovers, including three steals by Maia Marshall and two steals from both Simone Rodney and Kyla Richardson.  Offensivley, Richardson led the way for the Lady Archers with 19 points.  Kyleigh Vaught recorded 16 points and Rodney added 13.  

With the win on Wednesday, STLCC moves to 4-1 overall and 1-0 in MCCAC play.  The Lady Archers will be back in action on Thursday, November 29 at home against Washington University JV.  Thursday's game is scheduled to tip at 6:00pm.
