5th Ranked Lady Archers Physically Push Past Mineral Area

The Lady Archers delivered another MCCAC victory on Wednesday night, as they physically pushed past Mineral Area College 70-58 on the Forest Park campus.  STLCC outrebounded the Cardinals 53-27, including only allowing 3 offensive rebounds, on top of the domination on the glass, the Lady Archers also did not allow a three point basket on the night, as the visitors were 0-7 from behind the arc.  

Chrishana Wilson turned in another double-double, her sixtheenth of the year, as she led all scorers with 16 points, all rebounders with 17 rebounds, and also had a game high 3 steals.  Ellisha Davis and Andranae Wash each scored 14 points, while Davis and Simone Rodney each dished out 3 assists in the victory.

The fifth ranked Lady Archers return to action with a 1:00 pm Region 16 clash with Cottey College on Saturday in Nevada, MO.
