Wash Leads Lady Archers in Rout of National Park

STLCC opened play at the ASU-Mid South tournament with a solid 89-48 victory over National Park College on Friday night.  The Archers jumped out to a 26-8 lead after one quarter and a comfortable 43-17 lead at the half.  The Archers did not slow up in the third quarter as they lead 72-24 heading into the final frame.  Simone Rodney lead the Lady Archers with 19 points, while Andranae Wash added 14 points and Molly Schultenhenrich scored 10 points.  Ellisha Davis added 8 assists in the win, while Chrishana Wilson picked up 4 steals on the night.  Kimyra McGhee and Wash added 7 rebounds to lead the Archers. 

The Lady Archers improve to 4-0 on the year and return to action on Saturday afternoon vs. the host Greyhounds to wrap up the weekend.
