St. Louis Community College freshman forward Chrishana Wilson (St. Louis, MO/Gateway Academy) was named to the NJCAA All-American 1st team on Friday afternoon.  Wilson averaged 17.1 points per game, 14.7 rebounds per game and 3.7 steals per game while shooting 54.3 percent from the field.  

The honor caps a freshman season which saw Wilson named 1st team All MCCAC, 1st team All Region 16, and also named to the NJCAA D2 National Tournament All Tournament team.  

Wilson helped lead the Archers to a fifth place finish at the NJCAA D2 National Tournament, the highest finish for the women's basketball team at the national tournament.
