Kyla Blankenship did a little bit of everything on Monday afternoon, as the Archers defeated Missouri Baptist 1-0.

In the circle, Blankenship struck out 10 Missouri Baptist hitters, allowed only 3 hits and walked two in picking up her 19th win of the season.  In the top of the fifth inning she came through at the plate to drive in the only run of the game on a squeeze play, following a Madison Sundling triple.

The Archers improve to 33-8 on the year and return to action on Tuesday afternoon at the Meramec campus to celevrate sophomore day against Morthland College.  First pitch is scheduled for 2:00 pm. Come out and join us as we celebrate our two sophomores, Madison Sundling and Liz Miller.
