The twelfth ranked St. Louis Community College soccer team used a strong half to pull away from SWIC on Thursday afternoon, coming away with a 6-0 win to improve to 4-0 on the season.  Savino Livornese started the scoring in the sixth minute of the match with an unassisted goal, his second of the season, but that was the only goal the Archers could put on the board in the first half as they had two goals taken off the board thanks in part to offsides calls.

In the second half, Kieren Westwood scored his second goal of the season during the fiftieth minute on an assist from Mattias Tonking giving the Archres some breathing room.  The Archers did not let up as Connor Walters scored his third and fourth goals of the year on two goals within six minutes of each other (the fifty-six and sixty-second minute marks), the first goal was assisted by Westwood with the second goal being assisted by Chris Eduardo.  During the sixty-fifth minute, Conor McArthur scored his seventh goal of the season on an assist from Connor Summerhill to put the Archers up 5-0.  Eduardo wrapped up the scoring for STLCC in the seventy-first minute as he scored from the top of the box off an assist from Junior Yabwana, giving the Archers the 6-0 lead.

The Archers travel up to the Chicago area with a Saturday match against Illinois Valley Community College and a Sunday match with Kankakee Community College, both matches start at 2:00 pm.
