Caraway notched the shutout in goals for STLCC in the 3-0 victory

The St. Louis Community College mens soccer team moved to 6-0 on the year, with a 3-0 victory over Kankakee Community College on Sunday afternoon, and in the process the Archers have now run their unbeaten regular season streak to twenty-five matches.  The Archers got goals from Connor Walters (twenty-sixth minute), Keiren Westwood (fifty-first minute) and Chris Eduardo (seventy-third minute) and assists from Connor Summerhill, Dyan Chapa and Mattias Tonking in the victory.

Freshman Scott Caraway got his first start in goal for the Archers and responded with three saves, in route to collecting the shutout.  STLCC goalies have not allowed a goal in three hundred and twenty-nine minutes of game action, as they collected their third shutout in a row.  After playing three matches in four days, STLCC gets some much needed rest as they do not return to action until 4:00 pm on Thursday afternoon, when they travel to St. Charles Community College to start Region 16 play.
