DeMoulin Collects Another Shutout in 4-0 Victory Over Carl Sandburg

The Archers traveled to Galesburg, IL on Sunday afternoon in search of their eleventh win of the season and came away with a 4-0 win over Carl Sandburg College.  STLCC got on the board quickly in the fourth minute when Dion Lewis-Kirwan found the back of the net, for his seventh goal of the season, on an assist from Casey Bartlett-Scott.  The scoreboard remained calm for the next fourty-one minutes of the first half as the Archers took a 1-0 lead into halftime.  Once again in the second half, the Archers got going quickle on another Britisth scoring combo when Dillon Smith got his sixth goal of the in the fourty-ninth minute on an assist from country mate Connor Summerhill.  Harrison Weeks score his fourth goal of the season twelve minutes later, on an unassisted goal, to make it 3-0 and Michael Maldonado wrapped up the scoring for St. Louis Community College with his fourth goal of the season at the seventy-first minute mark of the match.

Tyler DeMoulin recorded four saves in the match for STLCC to pickup his third shutout in a week.  

The Archers return to action on Thursday afternoon at 3:00 at Soccer Park in REgion 16 action vs. MCC Maple Woods.
