The STLCC men's basketball team fell to #1 ranked North Central Missouri College on Saturday, February 1.  Saturday's matchup was back and forth in the first half of play, with the Archers trailing the Pirates by a score of 33-30 at the half.  In the second half, North Central was able to pull away and came away with a 76-61 win over STLCC.

Scoring in double figures for the Archers in the loss were Mardareyon Clark (11 points) and Jean Alexis (10 points).  David Jones led STLCC in rebounding with eight.

With the loss to #1 North Central, STLCC falls to 10-12 on the season and 0-2 in Region XVI play.  The Archers will be back in action on Tuesday, February 4 at Three Rivers College.  Tuesday's game is scheduled to tip at 7:00pm.
