Archers Fall to Lewis and Clark

On Saturday, November 16, the STLCC men's basketball team hosted Lewis and Clark CC in a big early season matchup.  In the first half of Saturday's game, the Archers struggled to find consistency on the offensive end and trailed the Trailblazers 41-28 at the half.  In the second half, STLCC outscored Lewis and Clark 38-34, but fell by a final of 75-66.  The Archers were able to create 14 steals in the contest, but turned the ball over 28 times in the loss.

Scoring in double figures for STLCC were Khalib Becton (13 pts), David Jones (13 pts), and Jaylin Mosby (11pts). 

With the loss on Saturday, STLCC falls to 2-1 on the season.  The Archers will be back in action on Tuesday, November 19 at home against Arkansas State University Mid-South.  Tuesday's game will begin at 5:30pm.
