Archers Drop MCCAC Contest to Mineral Area

The St. Louis Community College men's basketball team held the Mineral Area College Cardinals to only three field goals inside the three point line on Wednesday night, unfortunately for the Archers though the Cardinals connected on fourteen three pointers and twenty-seven free throws to pull away for a 75-56 MCCAC victory.  Marquis Pepper and Sterling Wooten each had 10 points for the Archers, while Morenke Bettis had 4 rebounds and Andre Pruitt had 2 assists to lead the Archers.  Wooten and Pruitt each collected 2 assists on the evening.  

STLCC returns to action on Friday night with a 6:00 pm contest on the Forest Park campus, as they host the Lindenwood Belleville JV team.
