The St. Louis Community College Men's Basketball team took to the road on Valentines Night and brought back a 86-75 victory over Mineral Area College, avenging a loss three weeks ago to Mineral Area on the Forest Park campus.  Dominque Loyd and Marquis Pepper led the way for the Archers with 17 points, while Pepper added 5 assists.  Jalen Wadlington scored 10 points, all in the first half which helped set the tone and give the Archers some breathing room going into the half.  Cameron Lockett, Chris Gordon, Andrew Smith and Maurice Golden controlled the defensive glass with 9, 6, 5 and 4 rebounds on missed Mineral Area shots.

STLCC improves to 15-10 on the year and returns to Forest Park for Sophomore Day on Saturday afternoon against West Kentucky Community & Technical College, tip is scheduled for 3:00 pm.
