The second half turned into a twenty minute nightmare for the St. Louis Community College men's basketball team on Saturday in a 71-56 Region 16 road loss at North Central Missouri.  The Archers found themselves down 29-28 at the half, but were outscored 42-28 in the second half to drop to 8-8 on the year.  

Cameron Lockett led the way for STLCC with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists, while Javahn Stith contributed 9 points.  The Archers did hold a 16-2 advantage on the offensive glass, but shot only 30.9 percent from the field on the afternoon.

STLCC returns to action with a 7:00 pm tip against current NJCAA D2 #2 ranked Lincoln College on the Forest Park campus Wednesday night.
