Sean Rigmaiden led a trio of Archers named 1st team All-Region

A trio of St. Louis Community College men's basketball players received 1st team All-Region honors this past weekend. Sophomores Sean Rigmaiden, DaVante Harrell and freshman Todd Simms earned the honor through their play throughout the season.
The Archers finished the regular season 18-12 and 4-2, good for a three way tie for the regular season crown, in Region 16 play, and captured the Region 16 title this weekend by defeating tri-regular season champions North Central Missouri 64-50 and MCC-Penn Valley 74-63 in Jefferson City this past weekend to improve to 20-12. The Archers advance to play Arkansas St. Mid-South for the District XIII title on Saturday, in West Memphis, AR, at 2:00 pm.
