The STLCC men's soccer team stayed undefeated in Reigon XVI play after a 3-0 win against Metropolitan CC on Saturday, September 17. Brandon Burton got the Archers off to a fast start at 22:30, when he scored on a pass from Ryan Khedoo. STLCC took a commanding 2-0 lead in the first half, when Matt Roll assisted on Malte Oxenberg's second goal of the season. Ricardo Navia added some insurance in the second half, finding the back of the net at 71:15.
With Saturday's win, the Archers improved to 2-0 in Region XVI and 6-2 overall. They will be back in action on Tuesday, September 18, when they travel to Hillsboro, MO to take on Region XVI rival Jefferson College. Tuesday's match will begin at 4:15pm.
